Villa Stari Mlin is located in the Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and overlooks one of the most stunning stretches of the Adriatic coast. It's located in the quiet hills of Zabrdje, on the Lustica Peninsula, so if you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the maddening crowds, you'll not be disappointed.

Montenegro, Kotor Bay — GETTING HERE

We are just under 20 minutes from the international airport at Tivat, with flights from several European hubs, including London, Paris and Moscow. EasyJet and British Airways fly to Tivat airport and RyanAir and Wizz Air fly to Podgorica (1 hr 40 mins). There are multiple flights to Dubrovnik (2-3 hrs), and many guests spend the first day/night of their holiday there and drive down the following day.
You will need a hire car to get to the villa, and to get around the Lustica Peninsula.

WHILE YOU’RE HERE

You will not want to leave this stunning hillside sanctuary; but should you want to, the medieval UNESCO-protected seaside fortress town of Kotor Old Town, the idyllic Venetian republic maritime towns of Rose and Perast and the glitz of Porto Montenegro, Europe’s largest super-yacht marina, with its clubs, boutiques, spas and restaurants, are all a short drive away. The house is well-served by local restaurants serving fresh local fish and seafood and supermarkets, and there are several beaches within a 15 minute drive.
