WEDDINGS AT VILLA STARI MLIN

We are thrilled to share Villa Stari Mlin with you for your special wedding day. The villa has a maximum occupancy of 10 people, but on your wedding day you can invite an extra 20 guests, so a maximum of 30 on the day, and with 180 degree views across the Bay of Kotor, you can be guaranteed to have a very unique and romantic occasion.

2026 VENUE HIRE PRICING

January - April / November - December - 3 nights: £2,380

May & October - 3 nights : £3,250

June & September - 3 nights : £3,520

We require minimum 3 night rental for weddings. July and August dates are excluded, unless a 7 night rental is booked. Dates above exclude Easter, Christmas and New Year.

The pricing above is for dry venue hire only. All additional wedding costs (catering, drinks, furniture, crockery, flowers etc) would be an additional cost incurred and paid directly to the wedding planner and suppliers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental rates are for the exclusive rental of the Villa and grounds sleeping 10 plus 1 cot
Children are included in the occupancy rate
If more accommodation is needed, there is an option to rent an annexe cottage next to the Villa, but just to manage expectations, this is not of the same quality and finish. Costs approx. €125 per night and to be booked directly with annexe owners
All rates include 21% VAT
Minimum booking is 3 nights
Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am
Parking is very limited on site to only 2 cars, so bear in mind taxis are preferable for arriving guests
We take no responsibility if cars are damaged when parked on the roadside
A cleaning service of communal areas is included for the morning after the wedding
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on Booking. The balance of the full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the first day of occupancy
Cancellation policy
○ 100% of paid prepayments are refundable (excluding £100 admin fee) when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier
○ 50% of paid prepayments are refundable (excluding £100 admin fee) when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
○ 0% refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival
Damage Protection Policy
○ A refundable damage deposit of £1,500 is charged at time of booking, with 25% taken with the initial rental deposit, and the remaining 75% is collected with the final payment, 60 days prior to rental start date
○ The refundable damage deposit is released 7 days after departure via direct bank transfer. (subject to any retentions)
○ We recommend that you and other members of your party take out travel insurance to cover you for loss of deposit if you have to cancel your holiday due to illness and for losses or injury arising during your stay
You are required to use a wedding planner to organise your wedding. See our recommendations here
Music/loud noise permitted in the grounds or inside up until 11pm
Any musical and PA equipment during the booking period to be fully coordinated through the wedding coordinator
No pyrotechnics allowed on site
No pets without prior permission
